Case Study 01 — FMCG Brand, Selangor
Challenge
A consumer goods brand needed supporting imagery for three seasonal campaigns but had used up their photography budget. Their internal team had experimented with AI tools but couldn't produce images that matched their established visual identity or get legal sign-off on usage.
Solution
We ran a Visual Library Setup, starting with an audit of their existing brand guidelines and a sample set produced to those parameters. The review sessions established what worked, and the documentation we produced gave their legal team what it needed to approve the outputs.
Outcome
All three campaigns ran with AI-assisted imagery. The style guide we produced is now used by their in-house team for subsequent campaigns. Their legal and brand teams both signed off within one week of receiving the documentation.

Case Study 02 — Hospitality Group, KL
Challenge
A multi-property hospitality group wanted to test AI-assisted imagery for social media content without committing to a full production programme. Their head of marketing was cautious about brand consistency and wanted to see a controlled sample before expanding use.
Solution
We ran the Brand Visual Trial for one property as a scoped test. The review session included the group's brand director, which meant decisions about fit and usage were made at the right level. The short summary we provided became the basis for an internal briefing to their board.
Outcome
